Here’s what you will get from the one on one weekly food coaching:

  • Weekly 20 minute LIVE virtual sessions with me for 12 weeks
  • Learn how to eat properly to keep your body working properly
  • Eliminate sugar, wheat, dairy and soy ON A GRADIENT so your body doesn’t freak out and go into shock-WE will guide you at a rate that is personalized for you
  • Incorporate a minimum of a palm size serving of good quality grass fed/free range/organic animal protein at each meal on a gradient.
  • Learn which “subsititutes” are healthy and which aren’t
  • Learn how to order in a restaurant and what to ask your waiter
  • Be held accountable and learn how to take responsibility for your body’s nutrition and health

Here’s how it works

  • Sign up
  • Get your blank food log and good foods list
  • STUDY the good foods list. It’s broken down by category so you want to know it well so that you can avoid certain ingredients that are toxic like canola oil, peanuts and others.
  • Fill out a detailed food log each day including everything that passes your lips whether it’s gum, food, drink, condiments, water, cigarettes….ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING
  • The first week eat as your normally do and log it so I can see your starting point.
  • Submit your food log at the end of each week
  • Get your food log emailed back with:
    1. Your assignment of what changes to make for the coming week
    2. Highlights of which foods are not ideal based on your next assignment
    3. Notes as to substitutions you can make instead or comments about what needs to be implemented

That’s it! It’s that simple.

This one on one type of coaching is highly effective because you will be held accountable and be supported along the way without feeling hassled or overwhelmed.

The key to success is coming into this with an open mind and the intention to heal and help your body do its job properly.

Making note or everything that you put into your body really brings it into your awareness and makes you conscious about how you are treating yourself on a level that’s different than any other method. You will see your accountability change.

Some of you will find that too difficult to confront and that’s OK. Some of you will absolutely LOVE it and want to continue doing it even long after you stop the coaching!

Important factors to note:

  • It takes a minimum of 90 days for tissue change to happen in the human body so any new way of eating, takes a minimum of 90 days to see real results ONCE YOU ARE FULLY APPLYING THE FOOD PLAN. That means 90 days on track. Some people take 3-6 months just to get to that place where they are eating on point regularly. This also varies depending on your starting point because it’s too hard on the body to make a radical change in a short period of time. This is why we offer the special when you subscribe to 90 days instead of 30 days.
  • We don’t change your diet and eating habits overnight because it’s too much of a shock to your body so some of you may take longer than others to get to the target food goals. Please don’t be a “hero” badass and try to do it all super fast. You will feel like crap!
  • Some of you may need additional support with supplementation or guidance from a holistic practitioner. We have a course coming out soon that can help guide you with the different techniques out there and how to find the right match for you.
  • Everybody has a different starting point and background that makes you a unique snowflake. Don’t compare yourself to others!
