Monica works with clients to help balance the body holistically through nutrition, homeopathy, herbs and clinical grade food based supplements. These solutions help the body repair and correct properly.

Most health programs are ongoing without an end goal. This program is different because it has a beginning middle and end. Once we remove what's in the way of your body working properly and fix the underlying reason why, you should be able to maintain your health moving forward!

Monica will create a customized clinical supplementation program that is specifically designed for each person's unique body. No two programs are the same. This way, the body gets no more and no less than it needs.

The type of testing we do here helps to determine the real underlying source of your symptoms that frequently gets missed in labs and with other health practitioners.

Instead of trying to fix a something by squashing it with a drug, we go to the underlying reason why to correct that imbalance.

The end goal is for you to be DONE and not need help or support because your body is "rebooted" and the interference has been removed so that it can work properly moving forward. You are usually just on a couple of supplements in maintenance because your body is doing its job!

Monica identifies problem areas through our proprietary Functional Interference Testing utilizing muscle testing and applied kinesiology (see video here) which is a non-invasive way of analyzing the body using neurological reflex areas and meridian points to determine areas of weakness or stress and what the body needs to correct that dysfunction.

Since each person is unique and different, no two people will get the same program. This type of testing helps determine the causal issues so instead of trying to fix something by trying to squash the symptom, we go to the underlying why or what's causing that imbalance.

For example, if two people have the same thyroid condition or autoimmune disorder, they won't get the same program here because they will have different underlying issues causing that imbalance.

Muscle Testing is like a stethoscope because each practitioner uses this tool in a totally different and unique way. NOT EVERY MUSCLE TESTER IS THE SAME. What we do here is very different. Our system can find hidden interference that most other Muscle Testers and labs will miss!

After an initial discussion about your current concerns and reviewing your health history with you, Monica will conduct a Applied Kinesiology Body Scan. (Click to see video) 💻

Following the analysis, Monica will review the findings with you and provide feedback. She will also review your current diet and food with you and provide feedback for that in addition to providing you with an Immune Repair Food List to keep. You can ask her anything during your visit.

During the healing process, your body is changing every week so it needs adjustments to accommodate those changes until your body stabilizes. That’s what keeps you feeling good and helps improve your symptoms faster. 

How long you need to keep coming weekly varies from person to person and depends on your age, your history, meds, and how you test from week to week. Once your body stabilizes, less frequent visits are required.

The below list shows what happens at your re-check visits:

Once you get into the Repair and Rebuild Phase, you’ll be on less supplements and requiring less support because you are feeling better because we handled what was overwhelming your system. Weekly visits are temporary. Relief is not.

⭐We are not able to just give you a list of supplements to take because we need to adjust your dosing, supplements and diet based on how you test from week to week. The body's needs will change as it's repairing. Regular monitoring is required.

Once you begin to follow the recommended program, you could see results and begin to feel real improvements in as little as a few days to a few weeks! You will also feel changes in areas that you thought you couldn't do anything about or maybe you thought "it's just my age" or "it's normal to feel like this". Well, it's NOT!

It's important to finish the program through the Maintenance phase so that we can address the reason why your body got like this and get to the underlying issues so that you can keep your health moving forward.

The initial exam and consult visit is 60-90 minutes is $375. 

Weekly visits can be paid up front or as you go. You save money if you pay up front instead of week by week but you can do it either way.

Weekly re-checks are $150 per visit if you buy a pre-pay package PLUS you get the Re-Evaluation visit for free which is a $300 value.

The monthly cost of supplements is impossible to guess without any history or exam because it varies from person to person. Each person gets a different supplement program based on what their body requires.

The initial purchase is usually around $400-$450 and then you just purchase what you need as you need it from there based on how your dosing tests from week to week.

More supplements are required in the beginning during the Immune Phase while we are helping the body deal with the overwhelm that it can't handle on its own. It's like putting "training wheels" on the body but then you stop needing them as the body kicks in and starts to work properly again. 

Supplements can cost between $700-$900 per month during the Immune Phase and then go down by more than 50%-80% in the Repair & Rebuild Phase and keep going down each week from there until you are done!

You only need the higher amount of supplements in the beginning but once your body gets the overwhelm handled and "kicks back in" you stop needing them. The end goal is to not need them because your body is working properly!

Plus, you are buying them week by week and not up front each month since it's customized for your unique body!

In most cases, once you are in maintenance, you are on just 2 supplements per day. That's when the body is stronger and more able to function properly on its own without the "training wheels".

We use herbs, homeopathics and whole food supplements with glandulars from 3 different companies including Marco Pharma, Standard Process and Systemic Formulas.

These are not available over the counter and are professional grade supplements that have to be dispensed by a practitioner who is trained in how to use them properly.

These are not the types of supplements that you would be familiar with and serve very specific functions to address the underlying cause of imbalance in the body.

For example, if you are low on Vitamin D we do NOT give you Vitamin D. We figure out WHY the body isn’t making Vitamin D properly and fix that issue so that it’s not a Band-Aid. 

If your gut needs probiotics we do not give you probiotics. We figure out why the gut is not balancing itself properly and producing its own probiotics and fix that. Taking probiotics would be a Band-Aid and not a true solution.

We recommend you doing labs and blood work through your MD to rule out any urgent or serious conditions.

We don’t do labs or blood work for what we do here because even though blood work can tell you if something is abnormal or malfunctioning in the body, it can’t tell you WHY. The type of testing we do gives us the WHAT and the WHY so that we can address the actual source instead of trying to squash the problem without fixing why it’s happening.

Also you need a 60% degradation in most cases for blood work to show abnormal whereas this testing shows us dysfunction at 5% degradation. You can have symptoms before showing abnormal labs because people are feeling symptoms sooner on the disease chain before it will show up in labs.

We make our recommendations based on incorporating animal protein that is pasture raised and organic because animal protein supplies the necessary nutrients that the body needs to self heal properly and it cannot produce it on its own or through plant based protein. In a nutshell, it won't work without animal protein which is why we can't provide support for vegan or vegetarian diets.

I spent over 40 years as a vegan and was not able to get my health back until I started eating animal protein even though I spent 10 years trying everything as a vegan to get my health back. I did not get any results until I incorporated the RIGHT kind of animal protein and made changes to enable my body to kick back in and start doing its job properly!

We do muscle testing and can determine if you are sensitive to certain foods or ingredients. You can see more about our testing process at this link.

However, what we do here is ELIMINATE food sensitivities. All food allergies are an inflamed immune response. If you address what’s CAUSING the inflamed immune response, then the sensitivities go bye bye.

Some food allergies aren’t even allergies! It’s just that your body is not making the enzymes or HCL needed to digest and break down your food properly. That usually happens because there is overwhelm in the body of one or more toxins, bacteria, fungus or other pathogens that are causing interference with your body’s ability to digest properly.

We are able to get you on the right supplements so that your body can start digesting and breaking down it’s food properly.
