Healthy Pancakes???? Paleo!

Apr 22, 2019

Do you want to eat healthy but are not really into cooking? ME TOO!!! Or maybe you don’t know what’s healthy? 🀷‍♀️That used to be me too...😞

I am coming up with some solutions for you and will be putting out information every week to help you conquer this conundrum! πŸ₯³πŸ€©

You guys these are the BEST pancakes πŸ₯žever! And from someone who hates to cook

πŸ‘©‍🍳and doesn’t cook 🚫and doesn’t really KNOW how to cook 🀷‍♀️... it’s easy as can be and super healthy.

Coconut Flour Grain-free Paleo Pancakes πŸ₯žMakes 6 (3.5 inch) Paleo Pancakes πŸ₯ž

INGREDIENTS (all organic and unrefined and raw when possible)

  • 3 tablespoons coconut πŸ₯₯flour
  • 5 tablespoons coconut πŸ₯₯milk πŸ₯›(guar free and no other ingredients or fillers)
  • 1 teaspoons aluminum free baking powder
  • 2 pasture raised organic eggs πŸ₯š(not cage free and not free range)
  • 1 banana 🍌(or 1 tablespoon honey 🍯or maple syrup)
  • Optional-1tsp cinnamon in batter or on top or BOTH
  • 2-3 teaspoons coconut πŸ₯₯oil in the pan
  • Optional you can add frozen crumbled organic raspberries or blueberries to the batter and you can top with organic sunflower 🌻butter (check the ingredients to be sure no added sugar cuz they USUALLY add sugar) or fresh cut bananas 🍌or strawberries πŸ“
  • TIP you can make a bunch and keep in the freezer. Take one out when you want a little snack and you can reheat it in the toaster oven in a couple of minutes!πŸ˜‹

I  mash up the banana first. Then I add the eggs. Then the coconut milk. Once that’s all mixed together you can start to add the dry ingredients in. Once it’s mixed up and uniform (it’s ok to be a little lumpy) then I put in the berries and I like to crumble them up. I use frozen berries because you can crumble them.

I hate to cook and I usually don’t do a great job when I try so that’s why I love these because they are super easy and healthy and yummy! They work EVERY time. 😲

I got these awesome nontoxic silicone rings and I use nontoxic non-stick pans from Greenpan.

Most cookware these days is super toxic and leeches chemicals that suppress immune function. You can check out my link below for my recommended products to easily find them!

Put a couple of teaspoons πŸ₯„of coconut oil in the pan and I like to rub it on the inside of the silicone rings but you don’t have to. As the pan is heating I put the silicone rings on the pan so that they heat as well.

Then I just take a coffee scooper that is 2 tablespoons (obvi you can also use two separate tablespoons to get the batter)and scoop out the batter into the rings!

2 tablespoons per ring and they grow and become the perfect size pancake as you can see.

Once they are ready to flip you can remove the silicone rings and flip them over. Then put whatever toppings you like and enjoy!

I love these because they are so versatile and you can do so many things with them according to your taste and flavor preference and still remain completely healthy and sugar-free and grain free. It’s practically a miracle!

Go to this link to see my new recommended products page where you can shop and get ingredients and cookware and other products that are supportive of your health and body. You will find the Greenpan and silicone rings there as well as a place to get the ingredients at Thrive Market or on Amazon.

NOTE πŸ“Remember to get coconut oil that is UNREFINED cold pressed and organic. Also if you get sunflower 🌻butter remember to double check the ingredients and it should be organic and the only ingredients should be sunflower seeds. Most of them add sugar! 🀨I have the good ones on my shop page. πŸ‘

Keep checking back at my shop page every week because I’m adding more and more endorsed and recommended products and services to support your health and body. πŸ₯°Plus there are products for beauty, skin care, makeup, toiletries, and support for your electronics.
