Are Restrictions Helping Us?

Nov 30, 2020
Closing down the outdoor restaurants in Los Angeles is the wrong direction. There have not been cases connected to outdoor restaurants and this is bordering on ridiculous because the amount of people being put out of work and the financial burden it’s creating is not helping peoples’ stress levels which affects immune function and the percentage of risk from eating in an outdoor restaurant is too low to warrant this type of radical decision.

People are BREAKING.

The focus should be on how to build our immune function and how many people have been over prescribed antibiotics which knock out immune function even for something as simple as a teeth cleaning or for acne.

People are being over prescribed antidepressants and anti-anxiety medication for physical symptoms or even physical reasons that are causing that depression/anxiety and the ironic part about all of this is that this situation is causing even more depression and anxiety but those medications confuse the nervous system and impact the body‘s ability to absorb nutrients and fight off pathogens.

Alcohol sales and processed food/sugar sales are up higher than ever since the initial lock down and the fear about the future. People are emotional eaters and emotional drinkers. Why are we not talking about how dangerous that is for your immune system? There is more risk with increasing alcohol intake and sugar intake and what that does to your body‘s ability to fight off of a virus than there is not wearing a mask or eating dinner OUTSIDE.

Trying to hide and run away from this virus is not the solution. There will be another one down the road that will be even worse. It’s time we start focusing on why everybody’s bodies are reacting so badly and breaking down so easily because that is the only way to radically change this emerging pattern of pandemic-mania.
