Why dairy makes you sick: the deal with dairy

Here's the deal with dairy. Dairy consists of milk, cheese, yogurt and pretty much anything that is made with milk. Dairy feeds and makes pathogens grow and get stronger including fungus, bacteria, parasites and virus. Dairy also increases mucous production and exacerbates and can even cause gut issues and digestive disorders in many cases.

Now, some of you may have heard that RAW, FULL FAT, UNALTERED DAIRY is good for you and I agree. However, I still wouldn't do it if you are dealing gut issues that could be stemming from fungus, bacteria, parasites or virus and your body is not winning the battle.

Also, they are now injecting cattle with mRNA so even when it says "antibiotic free", they are still using mRNA for about the past 2 years on these cows! 

The problem with "fake" or "non dairy" milk and cheese is that they frequently have toxic ingredients like canola oil, soy, gums, and sweeteners as well as added synthetic supplementation! 

PASTEURIZED?

Pasteurization is a chemical process or a microwave irradiation process. Here's what happens when you pasteurize milk: 

  • kills friendly bacteria
  • reduces nutrients & vitamins
  • destroys beneficial enzymes, antibodies and hormones
  • impairs fat metabolism and the ability to properly absorb fat soluble vitamins A and D
  • affects your ability to absorb calcium and can contribute to bone & joint issues over time as well as impacting heart health
