Stop using hand sanitizer and disinfectants

Let me explain why using hand sanitizer or any disinfecting products, including wipes and that disinfecting spray at the gym, can not only cause symptoms, but can also impact your immune function and prevent your body from fighting off bugs!

Chemical toxicity is the initial and bottom layer of illness that first begins the inflammation and immune suppression in the body. When you are exposed to more than your body can dump out, and it's building up over time, then the drainage organs become compromised. Your liver, gallbladder, spleen, and kidneys cannot do their job properly! It's like pouring water into a colander faster than it can drain out. Have you ever done that? It overflows! Same with your body...

Your immune system is BUILT to recognize enemies and fight them off. If you are constantly using hand sanitizer and disinfectants to kill bugs, your body becomes taxed from the constant chemical exposure causing inflammation and immune suppression! 

Ironically, you are trying to "kill germs" but you are preventing your body from doing that job for you and interfering with its ability to recognize and kill those bugs!

Let your body do its job and don't use products that are toxic and will interefere with its ability to protect you the way it was meant to! If you eat properly and get good quality, organic animal protein at every meal and avoid sugar, dairy, soy and toxic ingredients, your body will show up for you and keep your body balanced and fight off the enemies to keep you safe!
